Having travelled to Queenstown four times and my husband six, we know a thing or two about this extraordinary town. My husband has been an avid snowboarder for years, and after getting married I decided it was time I picked up a snowboard myself or I’d spend the rest of my life getting ‘left behind’ during his annual migration to the snow. Queenstown is also the first place that we took Ari to. It’s a short three-hour flight from Brisbane, and with only a two-hour time difference was the perfect destination to introduce our family to international travel. Having visited Queenstown with and without children we’ve witness the versatility that this destination offers, so here is….
