Standard Shipping (5-10 days) – Included
Express Post (3-6 days) – please request by emailing hello@thissweetlife.blog.
Your purchase includes standard shipping Australia-wide. All items are sent within two days of ordering. We use standard shipping unless express is selected. Shipping times are controlled by the postal service, if you need your item in a hurry we suggest express post.
International Shipping is available on enquiry. Please email hello@thissweetlife.blog with your location and we can provide a quote.
Returns
How do I return?
– Contact hello@thissweetlife.blog within 7 days of the delivery date.
– Please write your order number and “Return” in the subject.
– If you don’t know your order number, please let us know your date of order, delivery name, delivery address and the name of the purchased products in the email.
What items are returnable?
– Only faulty products are returnable. If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date.
What items are non-refundable?
– There are no returns on purchases due to change of mind. If your product is not faulty on arrival, it is non-refundable.
What are the refund options?
– Refund to the original payment method.
How do I ship back the items?
– Instructions on how to ship the returned items will be found in the email received after placing your return request.
How soon will I get my refund?
– Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 – 7 working days after approval.
